Destiny 2 Reveal Trailer Confirms September Release and PC Version

You can pre-order the sequel right now.

Following yesterday’s teaser trailer and logo reveal, Bungie has now officially unveiled Destiny 2 along with a final release date and pre-order offerings.

First, check out the full announcement trailer which confirms the return of Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and of course, Cayde-6:

Destiny 2 is available for pre-order right now and the pre-order page confirms that it will be coming to PC in addition to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 when it launches on September 8th.

It looks as though Bungie will be taking a similar approach to the launch of the original Destiny by offering an optional expansion pass that grants free access to Destiny 2’s first two expansions. Those who also spring for the digital deluxe version will receive an exclusive emblem, emote, and Legendary Sword weapon.
