Where is Xur?
Xur can be found in Tower North, standing by the big door opposite the Speaker's Tower. From spawn head left and follow the hallway around, once you exit the hallway, turn right and you'll see Xur awaiting you.

No Backup Plans - Titan Exotic Gauntlets - 13 Strange Coins
The No Backup Plans are a Defender Titan's best friend (other than the Helm of St. 14). The gauntlets will assist you in punching and shotgunning things! They are one of the best exotics in a Defender's arsenal, as they increase Force Barrier's duration and allow it to trigger on shotgun kills. This means you will have a hefty shield after a shotgun or melee kill. Brilliant stuff. Xur has done Defenders a massive favor by bringing the No Backup Plans! They earned a solid 4 out of 5 engrams in our review.
ATS/8 Tarantella - Hunter Exotic Chest Armor - 13 Strange Coins
For some reason, Hunters have an obsession with spiders and all things arachnid. The ATS/8 Tarantella is one of many spider-related exotics available for the Hunter class. The ATS/8 Tarantella Chest Armor is targeted towards Bladedancers. With this chestpiece equipped, your Arc grenade (of any variety!) will recharge more quickly, as well as your Arc Blade Super ability. In addition to helping your damage output, you will also receive less Arc damage from any PvE enemy. A handy exotic for the Hunters out there that are handy with an Arcblade.
Heart of the Praxic Fire - Warlock Exotic Chest Armor - 13 Strange Coins
The socalled Holy Grail of Sunsinger Exotics. Praise the Sun, the Praxic Fire's Exotic perk, grants a buff to Radiance, so that all your abilities will recharge even faster! Also you will have greatly increased Agility, meaning you can be floofing around all over the place dropping super hot fire on your enemies. A definite must buy for any avid Warlock out there!
Plan C - Exotic Fusion Rifle - 23 Strange Coins
Plan C is a glorious Exotic weapon which deals Arc damage. If you're used to hot-swapping out your weapons to finish off your opponent, boy, is this the Exotic for you. Plan C's namesake exotic perk grants vastly reduced charge and equip times immediately after weapon swap. This means you can quickdraw your weapon and fire off those bolts rapidly to reduce your enemy to nothing but Arc dust. Plan C's superiority in a field of Fusion Rifle mediocrity earned it 4 out of 5 engrams in our review.
Legacy Primary Weapon Engram - 31 Strange Coins
The Legacy Engrams decode to exotics at Year one values. This means that you won't be able to infuse them up to 335 Light, so you won’t be able to use them in Year Two activities without putting yourself at a major disadvantage. Their purpose is to satisfy collectors who may have missed out on some of the Primary Weapons available only in Year One. They are the most expensive thing that Xur has in his wares. The only value they have is that you can pick up a Year Two version of the exotic from the kiosk, providing the weapon has a Year Two counterpart.

Heavy Ammo Synthesis - 3 per 1 Strange Coin
Heavy Ammo Synths can always be relied upon to get you out of some sketchy situations. They can only be used once per five minutes, but they will give you a full inventory of Heavy Ammunition to devastate your enemies with. They are also commonly used to boost faction ranks.
Three of Coins - 5 per 7 Strange Coins
Possibly Xur's most popular item! Three of Coins are a consumable that give the chance of an Exotic Engram whenever you next kill a Major enemy or complete a Crucible match. For best results, we've found using one every other strike works pretty well!
Glass Needles - 3 per 3 Strange Coins, 3 Motes of Light, and 1 Exotic Shard
